About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our new developments and ensure they meet operational requirements.

This role involves managing the project ramp-up and overseeing the fulfillment of operational requirements during the process.

  • Manage operations projects.
  • Compile operational requirements into clear deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive project success.
  • Drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Training in CAD-PLM (Teamcenter, AutoCAD), Microsoft Office, MS Project, SAP.
  • Ability to work in an international team, self-responsible, structured, process- and solution-oriented.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • 3-5 years of experience as Site Manager or similar.
