We are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist, to join our team, to lead the purchasing activities for international clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inquire and expedite bids, negotiate and place purchase orders.
  • Prepare the list of vendors to be inquired.
  • Check purchase conditions and conduct basic negotiations with vendors.
  • Issue the bidder list for every Request for Quotation.
  • Compile and issue the call for bid and expedite the acknowledgement of receipt of bids.
  • Issue the Bid Opening Form.
  • Evaluate commercial submissions and attend to bid clarification meetings.
  • Negotiate bids up to final proposal.
  • Prepare a Commercial Bid Tabulation.
  • Prepare and issue the order and expedite order acknowledgement.
  • Prepare the amendment to orders.
  • Prepare and issue final supplier's evaluation for feedback with respect to general commercial contractual obligations reflected in the order.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or International Trade.

Competencies:

  • Negotiation, Procurement, SAP, or any other eTool.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in the purchasing area, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
