To make a difference with us, you need to bring your human best. As an IT Process Expert Manager, you will act as a liaison between Business and Development teams to implement approved process changes.
Responsibilities:- GRM Ownership: Be the master of the process, knowing all functionalities and markets using it.
- Continuous Improvement: Align with changing business environments and keep updated documentation in the GRM SharePoint.
- Review Functional Designs: Ensure designs meet market requirements without impacting global application functionality or other markets' needs and performance.
- Training Sessions: Facilitate training sessions for internal or external markets to consolidate market knowledge.
- Change Management: Continuous improvement on our BTS Trade Marketing Change Management Process, ensuring full compliance with OCM.
- KPIs and Metrics: Elaborate KPIs of usage for the GRM module owned.
- Cost Efficiency: Be cost-efficient in project management, defining plans and managing projects under responsibility through different phases.
- Business Relationship Management: Establish action plans when required and ensure implementation.
- Market Knowledge: Know the current and future projects implemented in your market.
- Demos and Workshops: Drive demos or workshops to reinforce tool knowledge and show tool changes and enhancements to markets.
We offer a competitive salary of around €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
