Criteo, a global commerce media company, is seeking an experienced People Operations Coordinator to join their Local People Operations France Team. This role will provide first-line HR support to a group of employees and managers based in France.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR administrative support to the team, with a focus on essential HR tasks.
- Support the management of the onboarding process for new hires across Criteo offices in France.
- Maintain and update employees' HR data within the HRIS tool.
- Manage employment documentation, employee files, and benefit enrolments.
- Handle day-to-day matters, such as leaves, payroll queries, and payroll preparation.
- Manage cases through the ticketing tool, ensuring responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation.
- Work in partnership with other People Operation colleagues, Payroll, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace.
- 1 year of experience in a People administration role.
- Good administrative and technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with HR Information Systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
- French proficiency (native level) and English fluency (written/spoken).
- High level of attention to detail and organization skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Great communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Passion for People and strong team player.
