Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Northern Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading individual projects and work streams using creative problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team on the projects, contributing actively as a team member. You will analyze data inputs to propose recommendations, building rapport with customers and partners at a project level.

  • Prior experience in healthcare environments is essential (Medical Laboratory, Immunology, Clinical Chemistry, Haematology, Pathology).
  • A strong understanding of Genetics or Anatomical Pathology or Microbiology-Biology related fields is required.
  • Experience in IT systems configuration and business requirements analysis is necessary.
  • You must be able to analyze and map business requirements with software tool functionalities.
