Job Title: Junior Business Analyst
Job Location: Malaga, Spain (Hybrid)
Business Understanding:- Understand business objectives, processes, and goals.
- Conduct risk assessment of clients, portfolios, and operations.
- Apply basic concepts of financial analysis based on financial statements.
- Understand key aspects of banking regulation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and correctly implemented.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as planning meetings, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
- Provide continuous feedback to the development team.
