The Opportunity

As a Senior Front End Engineer, you'll lead the development of user interface components, utilizing advanced JavaScript libraries and tools. You'll ensure our code is performant, scalable, and user-friendly, and you'll be instrumental in cultivating a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement within the team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop UI components with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Utilize JavaScript libraries and tools like Redux and Webpack.
  • Lead and assist the Front-End team in coding with performance, scalability, and usability in mind.
  • Work extensively with the virtual-DOM, pure reducers, and immutable data structures.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience with state containers like Redux.
  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6, Babel, FlowType and/or TypeScript).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5.
  • Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks like Mocha or Jest.
  • Familiarity with Agile development and TDD/BDD methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Git fundamentals.
