Job Title: Senior Front-End Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to join our Data & AI Solutions Engineering team in our Healthcare R&D business. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust and maintainable web user interfaces using TypeScript and React.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop front-end features for our cloud-based analytics platform.
  • Collaborate with the back-end engineering team to ensure seamless integration of the front-end with the platform's back-end services and data infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the design of user interfaces in a cloud environment, including understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Optimize front-end code for performance in a cloud environment.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with backend engineers and UI/UX designers, as well as document technical design and implementation details.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React for building robust and maintainable web user interfaces.
  • Strong familiarity with Next.Js, including server-side rendering, API routes, and static site generation, to build scalable and performant web applications.
  • Ability to contribute to the design of user interfaces in a cloud environment, including understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Ability to optimize front-end code for performance in a cloud environment.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with backend engineers and UI/UX designers, as well as document technical design and implementation details.
