About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer in Test to join our OPS SW team. As a key member of this team, you will be focused on improving internal treatment planning production flow involving the usage of 3D CAD systems. This includes automating manual operations, fulfilling new feature requests, reducing the amount of workarounds, and building solid processes together with Operations Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design test cases and conduct test case reviews
  • Estimate testing scope, plan, and monitor testing for projects
  • Prepare test documentation (test strategy, test plans, RTM)
  • Write and automate test cases
  • Work with bugs throughout their lifecycle
  • Collaborate with other applications' teams
  • Set-up CI for feature branches
  • Support and optimize test regression
  • Clarify use-cases with internal users
  • Prepare data for validation, system integration, etc.
  • Lead testing of team features through path-to-production flow

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation with any scripting language
  • At least 2 years of experience with Python coding
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in SQA preferred, acting at least 1 year as SQA lead participating in all the cycle of testing (test plan, test report, requirements matrix traceability, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferred AWS
  • 1 year of experience with SQL
  • Excellent analytical skills and proactive in investigations
