About the Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze software requirements, specifications, and design documents to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts using various testing techniques and tools.
  • Report test results and defects to the development team, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for resolution.
  • Participate in software risk analysis and provide input on testing strategies and approaches.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and test leader to plan, allocate, and control testing activities.
  • Review and analyze test results, generating metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in software functional and non-functional testing, or equivalent.
  • Practical experience with issue tracking and defect management tools.
  • Additional skills and knowledge:
    • Scripting or coding experience.
    • Software Engineering Process knowledge.
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
    • Knowledge of clinical or medical sector.
    • Experience with configuration management tools.
    • Cyber-security knowledge.
    • IT knowledge for Test Environment setup.
