Site Leader | Product Visionary

About the Role:
Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Site Leader | Product Visionary to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating a product roadmap and defining the strategic vision for the team driven by the overall business strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set Ambitious Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear and ambitious product vision to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the organization.
- End-to-End Team Output Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements.
- Accountable for Product-Specific KPIs: Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the team.
- Collaborate with Industry 4.0 Leadership: Work closely with Industry 4.0 leadership to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
- Facilitate Release Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute releases, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Integrate Usability Studies: Conduct usability studies and research to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer-driven design.
- Align Outward-Facing Product Requirements: Collaborate with other business units to ensure product requirements align with overall business strategy.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and Advanced English: Strong language skills are essential for effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
- Approximately 5 Years of Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing projects and teams to deliver results.
- Proven Knowledge of Standard Concepts: Familiarity with industry-standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Availability for Infrequent Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including JIRA.
