Site Leader | Product Owner

About the Role
Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Site Leader | Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating a product roadmap and defining the strategic vision for the team.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear and ambitious product vision to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
- Lead the team in delivering end-to-end output strategy from inception to production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements.
- Accountable for product-specific KPIs once solutions enter production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the team.
- Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
- Work closely with Industry 4.0 leadership to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
- Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos.
- Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer-driven design.
- Align outward-facing product requirements.
- Contract and third-party management.
- Collaborate with other business units (Operations, IT, OT/Automation, etc.).
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
- Approximately 5 years of project management experience.
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of standard precision practices, technology, and supporting industry principles.
- Availability for infrequent travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; JIRA knowledge is appreciated.
- Experience with data science, AI, and machine learning would be a plus.
- Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor.
