Job Summary:

Nipromec Oy Ltd seeks a skilled Senior Health, Safety, and Environment Officer to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate health, safety, and environmental risks.
  • Ensure occupational health programs are implemented and enforced among contractors.
  • Review and approve subcontractors' HSE plans, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Record and analyze accident reports to inform risk reduction strategies.
  • Evaluate and verify contractors' safety plans, guaranteeing their applicability and validity.
  • Inspect equipment and machinery to detect potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HSE Engineering or equivalent with relevant professional qualifications.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar HSE supervisor or advisor role, preferably in wind projects.
  • Proficiency in Romanian safety laws and regulations.
  • Excellent language skills in English and Romanian.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
