We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Health Safety and Environment Manager to join our team in Barcelona.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across our operations in Barcelona. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing effective HSE policies and procedures
  • Maintaining compliance with local legislation and regulations
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures
  • Coordinating emergency response plans and drills
  • Providing training and information to all levels of staff
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A superior certification in HSE (Master degree or higher) with specialties in ergonomics, security, and psychology
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Technician or manager, preferably combined with facilities responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good command of English and Spanish languages
