About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our Southern Europe team. As a key member of our global account management team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a large-scale account environment.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in financial management and forecasting.
