Pricing Solutions Manager

Job Purpose
Pricing is consistently a source of pain for our Customers and Employees. Different programs have been set up to address these challenges from a global perspective, to realize our Pricing of the future through a better visibility of our Commercial Policy, Rebates and Pricing Waterfall, an effective use of pricing levers and tools to get the right customer at the right price.

Bringing together Countries and Businesses, to understand the impact for our customers, our teams, and our performance, digitizing our process to be faster and more efficient, we aim to provide a better customer experience and target margin improvement with efficient and effective pricing, including guidance.

Key Responsibilities
As a Pricing Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that global pricing solutions match the necessities of the customers, markets, and business. You will collaborate among teams and with different departments to maximize the value of our global solutions, support the discussion to understand the business requirements and provide design engineering services to project teams.

You will also master the portfolio of local applications covering the process for which you are responsible. You are thus able to identify areas for optimizing the portfolio that could reduce the group's technical debt and to explain the differences in functional coverage of the various tools.

Requirements
For global applications under our management scope, you are accountable for the execution of the vision of the capability owner by the engineering development team (Dev Ops team), being the interface between them: Owns feature roadmaps and follow up the delivery with the platform owner and the engineering development team.

Documents story details (functional documentation) based on the epics after reviewing with Domain Capability Owner, Engineers, and Architects. Collaborates with Domain Capability Owner and Platform Owner to address customer needs and enable use cases.
