Your Role

We are seeking a Trainee (m/f/d) to join our HR Team in Badalona, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing internal Human Resources policies for the Iberia region
  • Participating in HR and Labor relations management across the different sites
  • Implementing a new HR shared service center, focusing on payroll and time control
  • Supporting international projects, including equality plans
  • Internal communication

Your Profile

  • Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or related fields required
  • English and Spanish C1, Portuguese a plus

Internship Details

The internship includes registration in a Master's Degree in Productivity and Personal Development (Camilo José Cela University), managed by FUE. The remuneration is 1,200 € gross per month on a full-time work.
