Data Center Construction Project Engineer

At Amazon, we're building the world's most innovative data centers, and we need talented engineers to help us deliver. As a Data Center Construction Project Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, planning, and executing the construction of our data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish communication and coordination across data center regions, ensuring seamless collaboration between contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement construction processes, including sending region-wide updates and providing access to documents.
  • Work closely with partner teams, such as Operations, Networking, Controls, Security, and Commissioning, to build data centers that meet the highest standards for safety and security.
  • Support the fast, high-quality delivery of data center construction, interacting daily with construction managers and stakeholders.
  • Own the communication coordination with vendors, information workflow, and document management, including requests for information (RFI), change orders, reports, and schedule updates.
