About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Construction Manager to join our team in Zaragoza, Spain. As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new data centers and optimizing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with general contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality project turn-overs.
  • Lead negotiations with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals with detail and accuracy.
  • Develop and manage construction project scope and request for proposals.
  • Conduct reviews of electrical and mechanical designs associated with the construction of new data centers or the optimization of existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with all commercial elements for a specific data centre site.
