Your Role in Our Mission
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Education Revolution Leader to join our international team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating new deals, managing client portfolios, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with parents and students interested in our tutoring services, guiding them through the entire customer journey.
- Actively manage your own client portfolio, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer success, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
