Job Summary:

The Office Admin Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company premises and assets under the Human Resource and Admin Department. This role involves monitoring and coordinating maintenance measures, managing office supplies and assets, and preparing workstations for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and coordinate maintenance measures for company premises, equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
Manage requests and maintain filing systems and inventories for office supplies and other company assets.
Prepare workstations for new employees.
Monitor the usage of company vehicles, including their working condition, registration, and comprehensive insurance.
Monitor office management and design innovative work systems.
Manage conference room reservations and coordinate all aspects of meetings with the relevant departments.
Assist with HR programs and activities.
Recommend and promote HR practices to foster harmonious employee relationships and a positive working environment.

Requirements:

Graduate of any four-year course.
At least one (1) year of work experience in the related field.
Can easily adapt to instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills, team player.
Innovative and can multitask.
Can drive a four-wheeled vehicle and has a valid driver's license.
Willing to be assigned in Lucena City, Quezon.
