Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our project management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple programs simultaneously and ensuring their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager at Checkpoint Systems, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing program plans to achieve business objectives.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including business process owners, manufacturing teams, partners, and product managers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date program documentation and metrics.
- Identifying and mitigating program risks and issues.
- Providing regular program updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
- 3-5 years in Program Management with proven records to deliver customer success.
- Proven working experience managing medium to large programs in the technology field (computer science, engineering).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
