About the Role

Cocunat is seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with the segmentation specialist to define channel strategy, target audience, and campaign personalization criteria
  • Oversee campaign strategy across all channels, emphasizing personalization to ensure relevant content is sent to customers
  • Support and participate in marketing department activities, including CRM, design coordination, and campaign launches
  • Discover, ideate, and build communications across the customer lifecycle to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and CLV
  • Implement and measure A/B testing activities to improve performance effectiveness and refresh best practices
  • Develop special interest topics and further development projects for the CRM team, bringing best practices and innovative approaches to campaigning
  • Support content management to adapt the way we communicate with our customers
Requirements
  • Min. 2 years experience in lifecycle marketing, product, or a similar field (preferably in an e-commerce industry)
  • Knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus
  • Data-driven approach to campaign analysis, testing, and roadmap development
  • Experience owning, implementing, and managing customer lifecycles (from acquisition to reactivation)
  • Strong project & programme management ability
  • Content management and campaign copy experience
  • Effective communication (upwards and downwards) and ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organisation
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
