Key Responsibilities- Manage the governance of the Cybersecurity Policy and Standards framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity awareness programs to educate employees and stakeholders on cybersecurity risks and best practices.
- Build and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful implementation of cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of cybersecurity best practices into business processes and controls.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, making recommendations for policy updates and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Cybersecurity Outreach, Awareness, and Training, or related disciplines.
- 7+ years of experience in managerial/leadership roles in similar areas of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving Information Technology and Cybersecurity Policy Governance and Outreach programs.
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, GDPR compliance, or other applicable compliance programs.
