Cybersecurity Governance and Outreach Senior Manager

As a key member of the Business Technology (BT) team, the Cybersecurity Governance and Outreach Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the governance of the Cybersecurity Policy and Standards framework and the Cybersecurity Outreach and Awareness program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the governance of policies and standards and their integration into processes and controls designed to deliver critical BT services aligned with applicable industry best practices and standards.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of periodic Cybersecurity awareness training for the enterprise, including tailored content designed to improve the resilience and vigilance of Bunge employees, contractors, and other critical partners.
  • Build and operationalize a team of direct reports to support the Cybersecurity Governance and Outreach function.
  • Collaborate with BT and business stakeholders to ensure proper engagement, effective Cybersecurity policies and standards, exceptions management, enablement and training, and alignment against applicable industry best practices.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Cybersecurity governance and outreach.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
