About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the IE Business School team as an Admissions Advisor, Graduate. As a key member of the Admissions team, you will play a crucial role in managing the admissions process for Master's candidates from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current students, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. CRM Management: Manage the admissions database, tracking application documents, enrollment documents, and other relevant information.
  3. Contacts Management: Primary responsibility for managing CRM contacts, ensuring that all interactions are documented and up-to-date.
  4. Enquiry Management: Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries from prospective students, providing them with accurate information about our programs and services.
  5. Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in the admissions process and implement changes to ensure a seamless experience for our students.
  6. Scheduling: Schedule meetings and interviews with prospective students and candidates for the Director and Associate Director of Admissions.
  7. Admission Files: Prepare admission files for all applicants, communicating the status of their applications and transferring files to the relevant departments.
  8. Follow-up: Ensure a timely and efficient admissions process by following up with applicants and stakeholders as needed.
  9. Relationship Building: Build and maintain excellent relationships with the academic program management team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to program experience.
  10. Reporting: Create reports and assist in the preparation of statistics as requested by the Director and Associate Director of Admission.
  11. Team Support: Support teammates as necessary to build a team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to an innovative team atmosphere.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  2. Language Skills: Advanced English speaker and Advanced Spanish speaker.
  3. Work Permit: In possession of a valid work permit for Spain.
  4. Client Focus: Highly client-focused and proactive.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and process management skills.
  6. Team Player: Strong team player with CRM experience preferred.
