The Role

We are seeking a driven and analytical International Marketing Automation Manager to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation programs across multiple countries. This is a hands-on role, setting up programs to increase lead generation, funnel conversion, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development and Implementation: Select and implement the appropriate future-proof technical marketing automation tool. Design and execute end-to-end, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns and workflows, ensuring alignment with global marketing initiatives and local requirements.
  • Cross-Country Collaboration: Work closely with Country Marketing Managers and Sales Teams to understand their specific needs, provide guidance, and ensure seamless localisation, execution, and reporting of campaigns.
  • Performance Optimisation: Analyze campaign metrics and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall ROI across countries. Leverage insights using our platforms (GA4, Salesforce, Hubspot, Power BI) to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Demand Generation, Funnel, and Re-Engagement: Focus on designing and executing demand generation, funnel optimization, and re-engagement programs that drive leads and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Problem-Solving: Act as a problem-solving expert within the marketing team, troubleshooting technical issues and developing innovative automated solutions.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to country marketing teams, ensuring they can effectively use marketing automation tools to run local campaigns and achieve their goals.

About You/Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Passion for finding innovative solutions to optimize marketing automation performance.
