Responsibilities

• Support project enhancements by taking charge of specific deliverables, including creating data requirements documents and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with global IT and PepsiCo business teams to better understand project tasks and challenges, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem-solving.
• Contribute to global analytics projects, specifically focused on Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Support data validation and preparation activities, ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data.
• Actively participate in our agile team, gaining hands-on experience with Agile practices and contributing to sprints and team deliverables.

Qualifications

• A degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Analytics/Advanced Analytics.
• Recent graduate with availability for immediate start.
• Strong enthusiasm and proactivity for using data and analytical tools to drive business performance and generate insights.
• Experience working with databases, with a foundational understanding of data management.
• Familiarity with data modeling and preparation tools, such as Microsoft Azure (Databricks, Datafactory), and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with English being essential.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive and document business requirements.
