Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that offers a range of innovative financial solutions, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.
Job Title: KYC Systems AdminWe are seeking a highly skilled KYC Systems Admin to join our team in Málaga. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our Ebury's CLM Solutions, striving for more robust and compliance applications that contribute to removing the boundaries to clients' money and making business around the world possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product FenX, with a willingness to extend to Enterprise.
- Configure and refine FenX in line with Ebury requirements.
- Validate functional configuration changes as expected.
- Support acceptance testing to address, respond to functional queries, and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
- Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements and testing outputs.
- Support defect triage throughout the delivery process.
- Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard processes.
- Strong business analysis skills, business process, and requirements analysis – experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements and following the process through to final delivery.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
- Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.
- Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification.
- Ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Financial or Banking Services.
- Experience in CRM or CLM platforms is a plus.
