About the Role:

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, recognized for its innovative approach to financial services. We offer a range of products, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our team in Málaga. As a key contributor, you will design and implement our Ebury's CLM Solutions, focusing on robust and compliance applications that facilitate global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product -FenX-, with a willingness to extend to Enterprise.
  • Configure and refine FenX in line with Ebury requirements.
  • Validate functional configuration changes as expected.
  • Support acceptance testing to address functional queries and make configuration updates.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team on product requirements and testing outputs.
  • Support defect triage throughout the delivery process.
  • Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong business analysis skills, business process, and requirements analysis.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues.
  • Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification.
  • Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Banking Services.
  • Experience in CRM or CLM platforms is a plus.
