About MoonPay

MoonPay is a leading infrastructure company in Web3, providing payment solutions, minting software for digital collectibles, and more. We're committed to onboarding the world to Web3 and giving people back control of their money, digital identity, data, and property.

We're looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to help us build, expand, and maintain our machine learning infrastructure and ecosystem. As a key member of our Data team, you'll implement machine learning systems that have a significant impact on critical functions of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess MoonPay's current ML design and develop a strategy to effectively expand and improve on ML implementations
  • Collaborate with data scientists to bring experimental features and models to production
  • Implement machine learning systems in a safe and reliable manner, leveraging cloud infrastructure and MLOps tools
  • Work closely with Engineering, Ops, Product, Fraud Prevention, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation
Requirements
  • Prior experience with productionizing ML systems and training machine learning models
  • Advanced knowledge of Python and familiarity with SQL
  • Good working knowledge of Terraform and Terragrunt for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Solid experience with real-time and event-driven systems, Kubernetes, Docker, and deployment types
  • Experience with setting up CI/CD systems and Big Data technologies
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and cloud providers
