About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team in Huddersfield. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals with suspected autism and/or ADHD using established diagnostic tools. Your expertise will also be utilized in assessing mental health conditions. The clinician is required to write up assessment reports in a timely and professional manner, providing appropriate recommendations and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental/specialist developmental assessments with children and young people
  • Writing up assessment reports in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing recommendations and interventions
  • Supervising and supporting junior staff members

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be HCPC registered, eligible to work in the UK, and have experience in conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental/specialist developmental assessments with children and young people. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ideally, you should be ADOS-2/ADI-R trained.

Benefits: Our company offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
