Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Delivery Specialist to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end payroll processing following established payroll calendars and processes.
- Participate in client onboarding projects, including setup and testing of payroll workbooks.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Country Owner (PCO) to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Ensure compliance with country standards and best practices for payroll solutions.
- Support knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to colleagues and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client support and inquiries.
- Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Advanced level of Excel
- HR consulting, payroll, and outsourcing industry experience
- Solutions-based thinking and a natural inquisitive mindset
- At least 4 years of experience in a payroll role
- Business analysis experience
- Experience working in a global organization with a multicultural environment
