Job Description:

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in areas such as product listing optimization, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.

You will also have the chance to learn about the latest trends and best practices in eCommerce and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting KC's eCommerce strategy in Pure Players, Brick and Clicks, and Marketplaces
  • Assisting with product listing optimization to improve visibility and drive sales
  • Providing regular reports & updates on suggested actions and action implementations
  • Ensuring aligned approach with eCommerce Marketing and wider eCommerce team (Finance, Category Manager)
  • Working cross-functionally with key supporting functions (Local Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales)
  • Supporting inventory management tasks, such as monitoring stock levels, updating product availability, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Analyzing data and generating reports to inform decision-making

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in e-commerce, preferably in a portfolio management role
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools
