**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production workers, including operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring timely and quality output.
- Maintain high standards of product quality by enforcing quality control procedures and conducting regular inspections.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including daily output, downtime, and material usage.
