Job Title: IT Product Delivery Manager for IAM

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Delivery Manager for IAM to enhance the performance of our organization and ensure success. As an IAM Product Delivery Manager, you should possess extensive knowledge of IAM products and experience in a similar role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set the operating standards and best practices for IAM, carrying out planned necessary interventions to implement solutions, including installing, upgrading, or decommissioning.
  • Identify compatibility of software and hardware specifications.
  • Document all activities during installation and record deviations and remedial activities.
  • Develop IAM features according to organizational needs.
  • Ensure the integrity of IAM data by securing hardware (backup procedures, data recovery, logging, post-incident start-up, etc.) and electronic information (confidentiality, access).
  • Perform IAM maintenance, upgrading hardware and software.
  • Document processes and comply with best practices in IAM.
  • Systematically interpret user problems to identify solutions and possible side effects, acting as a technical coordinator between project managers and developers' technical support teams.
  • Implement and provide guidance for the evolution of IAM solutions.
  • Control and schedule software or hardware modifications to prevent multiple upgrades creating unpredictable outcomes.
  • Ensure system integrity by controlling functional updates, software or hardware additions, and maintenance activities in compliance with budget requirements.
  • Take proactive steps to ensure a stable and secure IAM infrastructure.
  • Analyze performance data and communicate findings, tracking reliability data against service level agreements, driving diagnostic tests, and evaluating performance metrics.
  • Protect data by developing data security and restoration policies, procedures, and controls. Implement information security policy regarding IAM, ensuring that security risks are analyzed and managed with respect to enterprise data and information. Review security incidents and make recommendations for continuous security enhancement.
  • Keep up to date with developments and trends in IAM.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS), computer science, information systems, or information technology.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IAM products management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management), architecture, and data security.
  • Knowledge of best practices in database management.
  • Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
