Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our EU Public Policy team as an intern based in Madrid. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of policy issues across the EU, supporting our Public Policy team in monitoring, research, and analysis. You will also assist with scheduling and preparing documents for meetings with EU policymakers and other relevant stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to our Public Policy team in monitoring, research, and analysis of policy issues across the EU.
  • Assisting with scheduling and preparing documents for meetings with EU policymakers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Public Policy team in working with Amazon's business teams to ensure alignment between business and policy goals.
  • Assisting in the organization of public policy events.
  • Organizing and coordinating knowledge sharing within the team and beyond it.

About the team:

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
  • University education as a recent graduate in Law, Politics, Social Sciences, or related studies (BA/BS required).
