EU Regional Account Manager

At The White Team consulting, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to manage relationships with European Institutions.
This role involves building strong connections with key stakeholders, answering client inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of our services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships and establish trusted advisor connections with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of services in alignment with customer needs and objectives.
- Negotiate specific contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
Foster trusted relationships with company consultants working at customer premises to optimize attrition rates and consultant satisfaction.
Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain daily updates in the recruitment system and regular reports on account status.
Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members.
Assist in handling challenging client requests, issue escalations, and conflict resolution by providing specific insights into the daily operations of the company.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the EU Institutions.
- Ability to manage teams of IT Consultants.
- Previous experience in Customer Management.
- Proven track record in identifying business opportunities.
- Participation in the recruitment of new personnel.
- High fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Good knowledge of French is an advantage.
- This position requires travel throughout Europe.
