Key Account Manager Perfumery Omnicommerce

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to manage our main National Perfumery Accounts. This role will ensure that all strategic plans are implemented to deliver sales, profitability, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage top national perfumery accounts, ensuring the implementation of plans to deliver sales and profitability targets.
  • Digital Integration: Lead the omnicommerce strategy optimizing the online customer journey and digital shelf, implementing digital promotion strategies and coordinating a comprehensive activation plan across the funnel.
  • Tailor and deploy the 5Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and People) by customer, including their online webpage.
  • Provide inputs on customer perspectives and promotional calendars to support accurate demand forecasting.

Negotiation Skills: Solid customer negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing annual contracts and implementing tariffs.

Strategic Skills: Excellent strategic skills, with the ability to customize Retail Environment Strategies to align with customer strategies.

Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships across customer organizations and internal team members.
