Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our English Language Learning division, you will be responsible for developing and executing world-leading marketing strategies for our key customer groups.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of global 'big bet' campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
- Take ownership and execution of 1-2 workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Execute day-to-day tasks, including creating and designing marketing channel highlights, digital materials, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, webinars, and events.
- Support ongoing efforts to expand Pearson ELL's digital and social media presence, including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook content, as well as other digital products.
- Create content for our own channels and campaigns, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Actively participate in global/cross-geography projects aimed at creating global campaigns to be later trans-created locally.
- Monitor channel performance against KPIs and provide regular reporting and analysis.
- Work with the Market Insights team to research, analyze, and report back on current marketing trends and share them with the team.
- Take responsibility for raising Purchase Orders and own the Campaign budget tracker.
- Manage approvals process of marketing materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Proactively work with and distribute marketing materials to global in-market partners and follow up to ensure maximum usage.
- Build close working relationships across group and regional marketing, and with other key stakeholders across the organization.
- Follow up or respond to marketing queries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Previous marketing experience in brand planning, campaign management, and customer insights.
- Experience in the digital or social media space is a bonus.
- Excellent creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Proficient across Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
