Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Indirect Procurement Manager to join our team at FREE NOW. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing procurement strategies that drive cost savings and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement roadmaps for spend categories, including ad-hoc spend and significant contracts with key vendors.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement opportunities.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Analyze spending patterns and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers.
  • Represent FREE NOW in supplier negotiations.
  • Develop and implement procurement processes and procedures.
  • Identify and drive improvement initiatives to optimize costs and improve quality of services.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Deep negotiation knowledge and experience with advanced negotiation strategies.
  • Ability to support multiple annual spend cycles and identify addressable spend and savings opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills, with German a plus.
  • Good working knowledge of Google tools, ERP, and Excel/Gsheet.
