About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Indirect Procurement Manager to join our team at FREE NOW. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our procurement strategy across various categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize spend and drive value across multiple categories, including Tech, Professional Services, Real Estate, Marketing, and more.
  • Negotiate with key suppliers to secure best-in-class terms and conditions, leveraging advanced negotiation skills and strategies.
  • Analyze current and future spending patterns, as well as purchasing procedures, to identify areas for improvement and optimize costs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Represent FREE NOW in supplier negotiations, driving value and ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  • Identify and drive improvement initiatives to optimize costs while ensuring high-quality services, leveraging expertise in strategic categories.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to the procurement process, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Design and implement a purchasing system that supports our procurement strategy and drives value.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a management consulting company with a focus on procurement.
  • Deep negotiation knowledge and advanced negotiation skills, with the ability to apply different negotiation strategies.
  • Ability to support multiple annual spend cycles, with specific examples of addressable spend identified and savings achieved.
  • Seeking feedback from others, recognizing its potential for growth and development.
  • Proven track record of negotiating with partners from various European countries, with a good awareness of procurement practices and standards from different markets.
  • Confident in internal discussions, able to win others over with strategically communicated arguments.
  • Solid understanding of processes and the confidence to manage projects and people successfully.
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to combine them with strong communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Google tools, ERP, and Excel/Gsheet.
