We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Amazon Devices team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative consumer products and features.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of new features from design through delivery, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across multiple development teams and vendors, navigating competing priorities.
- Work with subject matter experts to drive new technology initiatives and evaluations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Measure, assess, and iterate constantly to drive greater user benefits, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong technical program management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects.

- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, with a strong focus on customer needs and business outcomes.
