We are seeking a seasoned SAP PM/QM Consultant with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, implement scalable solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within established budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of enhancing efficiency and driving innovation in SAP projects, focusing on maximizing business value and ensuring client satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the IT Delivery Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our exciting digital transformation journey, facilitating knowledge sharing, process optimization, and technological advancement within a framework of efficiency, growth, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and execute assigned projects, providing support to group companies to enhance their management and decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the design of project execution strategies, architectures, and planning.
- Collaborate with various Project Managers and Key Users.
- Assist in configurations and support functional change requests.
- Participate in the rollout of new solutions.
- Provide training to internal business units.
- Engage with internal customers with a close, honest, and unique approach.
- Work with key users and Business Partners to analyze requirements and define SAP solutions in the areas of Quality and Plant Maintenance, participating in all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the business in the implementation of S/4HANA, acting as a liaison between the business and the implementer during various SAP rollouts across the group.
- Ensure a cohesive, scalable system across different business units and companies.
- Stay updated on improvements introduced in the SAP standard product relevant to the functionalities involved.
Qualifications
- University degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PM/QM projects, with responsibility for at least 2 implementation projects.
- Experience with S/4HANA is advantageous.
- PMP or Prince certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is beneficial.
- A proactive individual with a willingness to learn, share knowledge, and be part of a growing team, capable of proposing solutions and process improvements, with strong motivation, dedication, and excellent communication skills.
