Job Title: Website Manager

At PageGroup, we're committed to Changing Lives for our customers, employees, and investors. As a Website Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our digital strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Digital Initiatives: Lead on projects to deepen candidate engagement and drive inbound lead conversion for Page Executive and Strategic Customer.
  • Website Roadmap: Own the planning and management of core digital experiences for pageexecutive.com and pageoutsourcing.com.
  • Digital Experience: Optimize organic traffic via SEO, maintain service delivery, and integrate product releases.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with the Digital CRO specialist to deliver experiments and journey tests.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships within Page Executive and Strategic Customer to align marketing and digital initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Leverage digital reporting to assess site performance, troubleshoot issues, and make optimisation recommendations.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct benchmarking to feed innovation pipeline and deliver best practice reporting.

Requirements:

  • Digital Expertise: Extensive knowledge of owned digital properties and platforms, including content management systems (Drupal preferred) and SEO.
  • CX and UX: Ability to deliver an engaging and effective digital customer experience through knowledge of CX and UX principles.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management capabilities to stay on top of detail, deliverables, and anticipate and propose solutions to potential roadblocks.
  • Digital Analytics: Experience and understanding of digital analytics, GA preferred.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experienced at stakeholder management.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and people management skills (to coach and delegate effectively).
  • Cultural Fit: Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC).
