Job Title: Summer Camp Residential Director

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional to lead our summer camp residential program. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the camp, ensuring the well-being of children and staff, and maintaining high standards of education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respect guidelines set down by King's College S.L.
  • Be prepared to follow a flexible working timetable.
  • Attend Director's Meetings in Madrid.
  • Be part of the staff selection process, conduct interviews.
  • Create and organise course timetables along with coordinators.
  • Check lists of materials/resources needed for courses.
  • Be responsible for care and maintenance of materials and premises during camp.
  • Supervise timetables for breaks and lunches.
  • Check with nurse, teachers and monitors for special health care or medication.
  • Supervise and help prepare excursions.
  • Organize welcome activities and display student work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1-C2)
  • Advanced or Proficiency level in Spanish (C1-C2)
  • 3+ years experience in residential life for similar programs.
  • 5+ years experience in recreation, camp, outdoor education, youth programming or related field.
  • Experience supervising staff and providing leadership to teams.
  • Previous experience working with high school students as camp counselor, tutor or other capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position (Monday to Sunday) with a temporary contract (May 27th – July 27th).
