Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and manage technical activities, ranging from simple tasks to complex plans. This role involves providing on-site and on-call support to end-users within our organization's desktop computing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot computer OS and peripherals issues
- Handle various PC operating systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
- Perform hardware and software installations, utilizing deployment tools like SCCM
- Maintain knowledge of SOE and group policies
- Support printers and MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service and people skills
- Field experience supporting diverse technologies and services
- Advanced technical abilities, including solid Windows, Apple, and virtual OS troubleshooting
- Manage time and resources effectively to meet or exceed expectations in high-pressure situations
- Good understanding of infrastructure support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Well-organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of PC/laptop hardware and peripherals, including printers
- At least one of the following certifications: PC/OEM Maintenance, CompTIA A+, MCITP, or MOS
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Freshers and IT students with backgrounds welcome to apply
- Will to travel up to 18 miles as required
