Technical Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for wireless technologies encompassing 5G, LTE/LTE-A, UMTS/HSPA, GSM/GPRS, and GNSS.
  • Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, customer training on wireless modules, and development tools.
  • Deliver swift responses to customer technical inquiries, prepared to travel for on-site support.
  • Conduct product presentations, train customers on-site, and provide actionable feedback with feasible solutions.
  • Develop demo applications to facilitate easier integration of wireless modules.
  • Maintain weekly technical reports detailing support activities and open issues' progress.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in embedded software design, hardware design experience advantageous.
  • Familiarity with IoT applications, protocols like MQTT, CoAP, etc., and cellular modules, wireless modules like WIFI/BT.
  • Hands-on experience working with USB driver, AT commands, SMS, Voice, TCP/IP processing, etc.
  • Experience developing applications, firmware in C/C++ on Linux, RTOS embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with 5G, LTE, LPWA technologies desirable.
