Visionary Creative Director Wanted for Global Live-Entertainment Platform

About the Role
Feverup, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, is seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Director to join its Creative Studio.
The ideal candidate must have a background in live experiences and events and be extremely visionary. As Creative Director, you will be responsible for devising high-level concepts, overseeing resources, and executing the production phases of various experiences.
This includes developing and articulating a vision for exhibitions, events, and shows around the world, which involves a strong understanding of art direction, storytelling, immersive narratives, and spatial design.
You will lead the creative process from concept creation through project execution, collaborating with other teams, partners, vendors, and brands.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Development: Formulate original concepts based on trends and specific IPs, championing artistic vision while balancing logistical and practical considerations to deliver exceptional experiences that can scale globally.
- Creative Validation: Provide critical input to ensure creative ideas are executable within budgetary and operational constraints, translating creative concepts and visual references into practical implementations.
- Partner Selection: Contribute to the selection of production partners and due diligence to ensure they have the right capabilities for the project, extending the network of trusted partners and professionals involved in Strategic Scalable events.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold creative and operational quality standards for all projects, conducting regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet creative and operational benchmarks.
About You
We're looking for someone who has worked in a similar role, preferably with 5+ years of experience, and has a background in live event production or theatrical shows.
This individual should be passionate about live experiences and the entirety of the creative process, from concept creation to project execution, and have a flair for immersive and entertaining content.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, with people across different countries and regions.
- Able to travel occasionally for project kick-offs, venue scouting, or overseeing installations and events.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, as well as collaboration and partnership abilities.
- Able to problem-solve among creative differences and maintain creative consistency throughout all phases of active projects.
