About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer - Store Planner to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our architectural department, you will be responsible for designing and planning our stores globally, ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional store design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create store layouts and 3D visualizations for Swarovski stores worldwide, adhering to our store design guidelines.
  • Brief and align individual store design plans with local Architecture Project Managers.
  • Develop wall, ceiling, flooring, and electrical plans, elevations, sections, and façade design for various store concepts and POS.
  • Collaborate with CAD furniture and blocks in 2D and 3D presentation mode.
  • Coordinate projects with Architecture Project Managers, internal and external Architecture teams, Design teams, and Engineering teams.
  • Act as a contact person for technical requests and project-related issues.
  • Support the Head of Retail Architecture Interior Design and the team in various projects.
About You

We are looking for a talented individual with:

  • A university degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional technical knowledge and experience in a similar role within an international setting.
  • Experience in store planning.
  • Proficiency in CAD, 3D-Visualization, and MS-Access.
  • Understanding of retail business.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills on a global level in international companies.
  • Excellent English language skills, with German and Spanish knowledge an advantage.
